Soft Closing - CR - Regulated AIF (Part II UCI)

This is a CR to soft close a share class (i.e. close a share class to new subscriptions, but keeping existing investors in) for a Part II UCI (undertaking for collective investment subject to Part II of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment).
