Soft Closing - CR - UCITS

This is a CR to soft close a share class (i.e. close a share class to new subscriptions, but keeping existing investors in) for a UCITS (undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities subject to Part I of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment).
