Basic Circular Resolutions - Regulated AIF (Part II UCI)

This is a template board resolution that can be used as a basis for any type of circular resolutions to be taken by the board of directors of a Luxembourg Part II UCI (undertaking for collective investment subject to Part II of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment). Use this document as a template for all board decisions that need to be taken in the course of the fund´s life.
