Basic Circular Resolutions - UCITS

This is a template board resolution that can be used as a basis for any type of circular resolutions to be taken by the board of directors of a Luxembourg undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), subject to Part I of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment. Use this document as a template for all board decisions that need to be taken in the course of the fund´s life.
