This template can be used to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) of a Part II UCI (undertaking for collective investment subject to Part II of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment), for example in order to decide on an amendment to the articles of incorporation.
 
This document goes hand in hand with the shareholder convening notice and proxy for an EGM.
