This shareholder notice can be used to inform shareholders of a Luxembourg Part II UCI (undertaking for collective investment subject to Part II of the Luxembourg act of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities) of the fact that the sub-fund in which they hold shares will be liquidated.
